A. Surely we can customize the raw material of the product to be made in Indian Wool, Blended Wool or Pure New Zealand Wool for a much softer and more luxurious feel.

A. Certainly, existing design samples as per our catalogue can be sent for approval in 3 weeks.

Q. Can I see a sample of the rug as per my customized raw material, design and colors?

A. Absolutely, new sample development based on new colors and designs can be sent for approval in 4 weeks.

Q. How do I give a reference if I need to change the colors of a rug?
